RAVEN THEATRE UPDATE: Nearly 100 Peirce and Raven supporters gathered Sunday, March 27th to enjoy Raven Theatre's rendition of August Wilson's Radio Golf. Before the show, attendees were treated to fabulous food and drink from local businesses. Metropolis Coffee (yay! Peirce parents) served up some killer Joe. Taste of Heaven gave many delights including lemon bars, chocolate chip cookies, and pecan bars. Swedish Bakery offered assorted traditional cookies. Anteprima provided savory tarts. Anna Held Florist and Soda Fountain Cafe (another Peirce parent!) contributed delicious brownies and beautiful spring floral displays. Jewel Foods contributed toward punch and paper supplies. A little champagne was also enjoyed.
Nearly $2500 was raised to benefit Raven Theatre, which helps ensure continued Drama education through Raven for all Peirce 4th graders. Thanks to All faculty, staff, parents, and community members for making the event a big success!
